Cover People in Rochdale is expanding its network of Secondary Supply Teachers for day-to-day and short-term assignments across Rochdale, with immediate start and daily rates of £150–£200 DOE.

Qualifications

• QTS is required and current.
• Experience teaching in a secondary school.

Responsibilities

• Take classes across KS3 and KS4.
• Deliver lessons using plans and resources supplied by the school.
• Keep pupils engaged and focused throughout the lesson.
• Maintain appropriate standards of behaviour.
• Follow individual school procedures and policies.
• Establish positive relationships with pupils and staff.
• Adjust quickly to different classrooms and school environments.
• Provide feedback to the school following a lesson where required.
