Job description

Are you a flexible and reliable KS2 Teacher looking for a full-time supply role?

A welcoming and well-established Primary School in Worcesteris seeking a dedicated KS2 Supply Teacher to join their team on a full-time basis from October on a two-term fixed contract.

This is a non-planning role, offering a great opportunity for teachers who enjoy delivering pre-prepared lessons across a range of KS2 classes without the additional responsibility of planning and preparation. You will play a key role in maintaining continuity of learning and ensuring pupils remain engaged and supported throughout their school day.

This role is ideal for experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) who are looking to gain further classroom experience in a supportive and friendly school environment.

As a KS2 Supply Teacher, your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering pre-planned lessons across Key Stage 2 classes
• Maintaining a positive and productive classroom environment
• Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies
• Supporting pupils’ learning and engagement during lessons
• Adapting teaching to meet the needs of all learners
• Providing feedback to class teachers on pupil progress and behaviour
• Building positive relationships with pupils and staff

To be successful in this KS2 Supply Teacher role, you will need:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching within Key Stage 2
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• The ability to adapt quickly to different classroom settings
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A flexible, proactive, and professional approach
• A genuine passion for teaching and supporting pupil progress

Working as a KS2 Supply Teacher in this role, you will receive:

• Competitive daily rate between £130 - £160 per day, based on working 5 days a week, and on previous experience.
• A competitive day rate between £130 – £180 per day.
• Holiday Pay – 12.07% of your day rate is accrued into your holiday pot.
