Job summary

Flourish Education is seeking a KS2 supply teacher for a full-time role in Dudley. You will deliver pre-planned lessons across KS2 without planning duties, helping maintain continuity of learning and pupil engagement throughout the day.

Qualifications

• Must have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Experience teaching Key Stage 2.
• Strong classroom management and behaviour management skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-planned lessons across KS2 classes.
• Maintain a positive, productive classroom environment.
• Manage classroom behaviour in line with policies.
• Support pupil learning and engagement during lessons.
• Adapt teaching to meet all learners' needs.
• Provide feedback to class teachers on pupil progress and behaviour.
• Build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
