Job summary

Flourish Education is seeking a dedicated KS2 Supply Teacher in Worcester for a full-time, two-term fixed contract starting in October. The role involves delivering pre-prepared KS2 lessons across classes with no planning and preparation duties, helping maintain continuity of learning and pupil engagement.

Ideal candidates have QTS and KS2 experience, strong classroom and behaviour management, and excellent communication and organisational skills.

• Experience teaching Key Stage 2.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-planned lessons across KS2 classes.
• Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment.
• Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
• Support pupil learning and engagement during lessons.
• Adapt teaching to meet diverse learner needs.
• Provide feedback to class teachers on pupil progress and behaviour.
• Build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
