You'll be expected to deliver pre-set work, manage behaviour effectively, and ensure that children remain engaged and learning while their class teacher is away.

What we're looking for:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - this is non-negotiable.
A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in your preferred year group, within UK schools.
Strong safeguarding knowledge - we need teachers who understand their duty of care and take it seriously.
Solid behaviour management skills - you should know how to lead a classroom with confidence and consistency.
A flexible, reliable attitude - supply teaching needs people who can adapt quickly and maintain high standards.
