Job Title: Primary Supply Teacher

Location: Wimborne, Dorset

Salary: £94 - £140 per day (Depending on experience)

Start: Immediate

Contract: Full-time (Permanent), Part-time available for the right candidate

Your Key Tasks and Duties:

1. Leading engaging and easy-to-understand lessons for children across different primary year groups.
2. Quickly adapting to new classrooms and following each school's unique approach.
3. Creating a positive, safe, and welcoming environment where every student feels supported.
4. Maintaining student focus and promoting good behaviour throughout lessons.
5. Becoming the trusted teacher schools reach out to when they need extra support.

Candidate Expectations:

• A qualified teacher with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or a similar teaching qualification.
• Experienced teachers seeking flexible routines are encouraged to apply.
• Experience working in primary schools, including Early Years, KS1, or KS2.
• A passion for helping children grow, learn, and succeed.
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to work well with both students and staff.
• Ability to build positive relationships with children and colleagues.
