Job summary

GSL Education in the United Kingdom is seeking a reliable Supply Teacher to provide high-quality teaching across the school in Sheffield. Immediate start and a daily rate of up to £220 depending on experience and qualifications.

You will deliver well-structured lessons, adapt to different classes and maintain high expectations while managing behaviour in line with school policies.

Qualifications

• QTS or equivalent required.
• Experience teaching within a school setting.

About the Role:

As a Supply Teacher, you will deliver well-structured lessons across the timetable, adapting your approach to meet the needs of different classes and age groups. You will maintain high expectations, manage behaviour effectively and ensure pupils remain engaged with their learning. The role offers the opportunity to use your teaching skills in a supportive school environment while gaining experience across different classroom settings.

• Have the right to work in the UK.
• Have an up-to-date CV with two relevant references from within the last two years.
• Have an enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service or be willing to apply for one through GSL Education.

Please be advised that this role requires a strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection and that successful applicants must satisfy all background safer recruitment checks including providing an enhanced DBS certificate registered on the update service, or completing an application for a new check.
