Job summary

Valeo Foods UK is seeking a Supply Planning Performance Manager to govern and continuously improve planning performance across the UK. You will own the reporting framework, capacity modelling and the embedding of Relex within planning processes to boost service, working capital, inventory, and capacity metrics.

You will provide analytics, governance, and strategic input across reviews and the Integrated Business Planning process, partnering with senior leaders to drive planning excellence and

Qualifications

• Significant experience within FMCG Supply Planning.
• Strong understanding of IBP and S&OP processes.
• Advanced analytical and reporting capability.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience managing large and complex datasets.
• Experience developing planning models and decision support tools.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership teams.
• Experience implementing or supporting planning platforms such as Relex, SAP IBP, Kinaxis or equivalent.
• Experience with Power BI or equivalent reporting solutions.
• Degree-educated or equivalent business experience.
