Job summary

Valeo Foods UK in Norwich is seeking a Continuous Improvement Lead to shape how we work, improve performance, and empower teams to implement lasting improvements on the factory floor.

You will work closely with the Site Leadership Team to drive productivity, efficiency and capability, coaching colleagues and leading projects from concept to sustained results in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or supporting Continuous Improvement initiatives.
• Practical understanding of Lean, Six Sigma or other improvement methodologies.
• Experience delivering projects with measurable business improvements.
• Ability to coach, influence and engage people at all levels of the organisation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for making things better.
• The energy, resilience and credibility to drive change in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive a culture of Continuous Improvement across the Norwich site.
• Identify opportunities to improve performance, productivity and efficiency.
• Lead improvement projects from idea through to implementation and sustained results.
• Coach and develop colleagues in Continuous Improvement tools, techniques and problem-solving methodologies.
• Challenge existing processes and ways of working to deliver tangible business benefits.
• Support the site in achieving key operational, quality, safety and cost objectives.
• Track, measure and communicate project performance and outcomes.
• Help build the capability and confidence of others to drive improvement within their own teams.
