Job summary

Valeo Foods is seeking a Supply Planning Performance Manager in Ledston, UK, to lead governance, development and continuous improvement of Supply Planning performance across the business. You will own the reporting framework and capacity modelling, ensuring a single version of truth for capacity, service, inventory, tonnage and budget reporting.

Qualifications

• Significant experience within FMCG Supply Planning.
• Strong understanding of IBP and S&OP processes.
• Advanced analytical and reporting capability.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience managing large and complex datasets.
• Experience developing planning models and decision support tools.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership teams.
• Experience implementing or supporting planning platforms such as Relex, SAP IBP, Kinaxis or equivalent.
• Experience with Power BI or equivalent reporting solutions.
• Experience supporting capacity planning and manufacturing operations.
• Degree-educated or equivalent business experience.
