Storal is seeking a flexible Early Years Educator to cover for children as needed at Windmill Nursery in Gravesend. The role offers casual hours and a competitive hourly rate with a 50% childcare discount and wellness benefits.
You will engage children through play-based learning, activities, and story-telling while adhering to EYFS standards. Applicants with Level 2 or above in early years and knowledge of EYFS are welcome; unqualified educators may be considered if they show the right values

Hours: Casual hours Salary: Up to £13.70 per hour (depending on experience and qualifications)

You’ll be helping to providecover for the children asand when needed. This could befor periods of holiday, sickness, or evenvacancy gaps. Sometimes you'll support forafull day, or it may just be amorning or afternoon session.
Creativity is key.Teaching young children allows forhands onarts and crafts, storytelling, exercise, and educational games. It’s important to keep things fresh and try new activities to keep attention spans engaged. Of course we work within theEYFS standards, but that doesn't stop you from engaging your creative flair and enthusiasm for learning.
You’re unqualified, Level 2, 3 or abovequalified, Early Years Educator / Practitioner / Nursery Nurseor similar and you're looking for anEarly Years Educator/Nursery Nurse/Early Years Practitioner role that allows you flexibility of working shifts around your other commitments.
You enjoy supporting and encouragingthenaturalcuriosity and excitement of young children and werebornto teach and shape the future of our younger generations.
You have a natural,nurturing, openness, awarm and positive outlook, and youcare about learning andeducation standards in the UK.

A full and relevant Level 2 or above qualification within early years. Experience as an Early Years Educator (Nursery Nurse/Practitioner) or having worked with children under the age of 5, is advantageous
Knowledge and understanding of the EYFS is desirable
