Job summary

Boots Group is seeking a Supply Lead to join our Nottingham-based Supply team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role is full-time and on-site, with responsibilities spanning planning delivery, stock availability, and supplier collaboration to improve KPIs.

Qualifications

• Retail experience or similar.
• Organised, able to work and deliver at pace using facts/data to inform decisions.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Process focused.
• Intermediate Excel skills for interpreting data sets (Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).

Responsibilities

• Involved in the delivery and implementation of our Supply Business unit plans.
• Managing multiple stakeholder relationships and managing expectations.
• Collaborating daily with suppliers to improve relationships and generate operational/process efficiencies.
• Balancing stock availability with working capital and maintaining optimal stock levels.
• Forecasting and right-first-time setup for promotions, seasonal events and range changes.
• Ensuring availability by moving stock from suppliers to stores and online to deliver great service.
