Job summary

Boots is seeking a Supply Lead for our Nottingham Support Office. The role focuses on delivering supply unit plans, managing stakeholders and suppliers, and balancing stock with working capital to optimize stock levels.

You will forecast for activities such as promotions and range changes, ensuring timely stock from suppliers to stores and online, to deliver excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Retail experience or similar is required.
• Able to work at pace using facts and data to inform decisions.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong process focus and attention to detail.
• Intermediate Excel skills including Pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.

Responsibilities

• Involved in the delivery and implementation of Supply Business unit plans.
• Managing multiple stakeholder relationships and expectations.
• Collaborating daily with suppliers to improve relationships and operational efficiencies.
• Balancing stock availability with working capital to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Forecasting and setup for activities like promotions, seasonal events and range changes.
• Ensure stock availability from suppliers through to stores and online to serve customers.
