Job summary
Boots UK in Nottingham is seeking a Finance Manager - FP&A, Logistics to lead budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning within the Logistics Finance team. You will help manage over £400M of P&L and capex, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to drive performance.

Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in Finance Management/FP&A.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong Excel & PowerPoint skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning with key stakeholders.
- Own weekly reporting and monthly outturn processes for Logistics.
- Prepare monthly management reports with variance analysis and KPIs.
- Provide financial insight for strategic initiatives and business cases.
- Partner with Logistics, Commercial Finance and Pharmacy Finance teams.
- Drive continuous improvement of financial models and reporting tooling.
- Lead month-end close with accounting, including accruals and reclassifications.
- Provide updates to senior leadership on performance, risks, and opportunities.
- Support development of a finance analyst and contribute to talent development.
