Responsibilities

• Drive day-to-day trading of the Haircare category on Boots.com to support revenue and profit.
• Be the digital expert, using insights to improve customer acquisition and conversion.
• Manage product launches and develop online trade plans that resonate with customers.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the category is well-supported.
• Ensure compliant and safe trading practices while delivering on KPIs.
