Optimal Maintenance & Construction in the United Kingdom seeks a Supply Chain Manager & Recruiter to recruit, onboard, and manage subcontractors and internal staff. You will ensure hires meet standards, compliance, and align with company values, driving operational efficiency and growth.

Responsibilities include end-to-end recruitment, vetting, onboarding, and maintaining accurate CRM records, with strong emphasis on relationships and process discipline to support current and future demand.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in recruitment, supply chain, or people management.
• Background in property, construction, or facilities.
• Experience with subcontractor management and compliance.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Eligible to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit subcontractors across trades and internal roles.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment from contact to contracts.
• Maintain recruitment pipelines to support growth.
• Coordinate interviews, references, and assessments.
• Ensure onboarding meets standards and values.
• Maintain compliance records and vetting processes.
• Track activity and onboarding status in CRM.
