Optimal Maintenance & Construction is seeking a Supply Chain Manager & Recruiter to recruit, onboard, and manage subcontractors and internal staff. The role ensures hires meet standards, compliance, and align with company values, impacting efficiency, service delivery, and growth.

The position requires 2+ years in relevant fields, strong subcontractor knowledge, and CRM/digital onboarding proficiency. UK eligibility is essential, with a focus on building a high-performance workforce.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in recruitment, supply chain, procurement, or people management within property/construction
• Strong understanding of subcontractor management and compliance requirements
• Ability to manage high-volume recruitment pipelines and maintain compliance records
• Professional, persuasive communicator with internal/external stakeholders
• Process-driven with structured procedures and CRM tracking
• Eligible to work in the UK

Responsibilities

• Source, identify and recruit subcontractors across trades and internal roles
• Manage end-to-end recruitment from initial contact to contracts
• Maintain recruitment pipelines to meet growth and operational needs
• Coordinate interviews, references, and assessments for vetting
• Ensure recruits meet standards, values and expectations
• Create and maintain SOPs for recruitment/onboarding
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance and Directors on hiring and SLAs
• Track recruitment activity and onboarding status in CRM
• Onboard subcontractors and maintain long-term relationships
• Provide ongoing follow-up and performance feedback
