Huntress - Maidstone is seeking a detail‑driven Supply Chain & Purchasing Coordinator for a key client in the automotive sector. You will manage stock levels, raise POs with UK and overseas suppliers, and ensure on‑time delivery.

With strong Excel skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities, you will monitor stock, analyse forecasts, and maintain accurate supplier data while building solid relationships across internal teams.

Qualifications

• Organised and analytical candidate with purchasing/buying/merchandising or supply chain experience.
• Strong Excel skills and high attention to detail are essential.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage purchasing activities and raise purchase orders with UK and overseas suppliers to meet deadlines.
• Monitor stock levels across multiple product categories and identify replenishment needs.
• Analyse stock reports, historic data and forecasts to ensure stock availability and customer demand.
• Liaise with overseas suppliers to monitor orders and delivery schedules.
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate data across purchase orders, supplier details and stock records.
• Assist with new product set-ups and ongoing product administration.
• Monitor lead times and address potential stock shortages or delays.
