Huntress in Maidstone is seeking a detail‑oriented Supply Chain & Purchasing Coordinator to manage purchasing activities and stock levels. You will raise POs with UK and overseas suppliers, monitor orders, and build strong supplier relationships.

The role requires analytical thinking, excellent Excel skills, and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks across categories to meet deadlines.

Formación

• Experience in purchasing, buying, merchandising or supply chain.
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Manage purchasing activities, raising purchase orders with UK and overseas suppliers to ensure goods are delivered in line with required deadlines.
• Monitor stock levels across multiple product categories, identifying purchasing and replenishment requirements.
• Analyse stock reports, historical data and forecasts to ensure optimal stock availability and meet customer demand.
• Liaise regularly with overseas suppliers to monitor orders and delivery schedules.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate data across purchase orders, supplier details and stock records.
• Assist with new product set-ups and ongoing product administration.
• Monitor lead times and proactively address potential stock shortages or delivery delays.
