Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Supply Chain & Purchasing Coordinator to join our team in the automotive sector. You will manage purchasing activities, raise POs with UK and overseas suppliers, monitor stock levels and ensure deliveries meet deadlines.

You will analyse stock reports, coordinate with suppliers, maintain data accuracy across orders and stock records, and support new product set-ups while addressing potential shortages. We value organised, analytical candidates with strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in purchasing, buying, merchandising or supply chain.
• Strong Excel skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Raise purchase orders with UK and overseas suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Monitor stock levels across multiple product categories and identify replenishment needs.
• Analyse stock reports, historical data and forecasts to optimise stock availability.
• Liaise with overseas suppliers to monitor orders and delivery schedules.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate data across purchase orders, supplier details and stock records.
• Assist with new product set-ups and ongoing product administration.
