Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in a related field such as Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or Operations Management.
• 5+ years experience in supply chain planning, warehouse network design, logistics engineering, warehouse operations or project management.
• Solid understanding of warehouse network planning and logistics processes, with knowledge of warehouse automation.
• Vendor management and cross-functional project delivery experience in complex environments.
• Strong analytical skills to leverage data for operational improvements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and project leadership across functions.
• Fluency in English; Mandarin a plus; experience in European supply chains is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Research warehouse automation equipment and design intelligent sorting and storage solutions.

Supply Chain Optimization: Identify areas for supply chain improvement and reduce defects in inbound supply chain. Work with partner teams and develop a comprehensive plan to improve inbound speed, accuracy and efficiency. Work with suppliers and fix inbound defects. Knowledge of procurement and payment processes is an added advantage.2. Automation and Process Innovation: Research warehouse automation equipment and technologies, and design intelligent sorting and storage solutions. Drive the implementation of new processes, optimize operational workflows, improve labor and space efficiency, and reduce operating costs.3. Data-Driven and Process Optimization: Analyze supply chain operation data (e.g., inventory turnover, fulfillment lead time), identify bottlenecks, and propose improvement plans. Develop standardized operating procedures (SOPs), drive system function iterations, and enhance end-to-end collaboration efficiency.4. Project Management and Implementation: Lead process efficiency improvement projects. Coordinate with suppliers and internal resources, monitor construction progress and quality, and ensure that planned solutions are implemented efficiently to achieve expected returns.5. Supplier and Cost Management: Screen and manage logistics service providers, optimize procurement processes and cost structures. Reduce construction and operating costs through negotiation and data analysis, and improve return on investment (ROI).6. Cross-Department Collaboration and Innovation: Collaborate with product, R&D, sales, and marketing teams to drive the intelligent upgrade of the supply chain system. Explore new business models (e.g., cross-border, private domain operations), and deliver industry-specific solutions to enhance supply chain competitiveness.Qualifications1. Bachelor's degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.2. 5+ years of experience in supply chain planning, warehouse network design, logistics engineering, warehouse operations, or supply chain project management.3. Solid understanding of warehouse network planning, warehouse operations, and logistics processes, with knowledge of warehouse automation and intelligent logistics solutions.4. Proven experience in vendor management and cross-functional project delivery within a complex business environment.5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to identify opportunities and drive operational improvements.6. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and project management skills, with the ability to influence across multiple functions.7. Fluent in English. Mandarin is a plus. Experience in European supply chains, e-commerce, or cross-border logistics is highly preferred.8.
