A leading NHS trust is seeking a dedicated Supply Chain Officer. In this role, you will oversee the supply of medical and non-medical consumables, ensuring efficient operations across multiple sites. Responsibilities include managing stock levels, resolving discrepancies, and providing exceptional customer service. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills and a proactive attitude. Physical fitness is essential due to the nature of the tasks involved. Full training will be provided for applicants new to supply chain logistics.
As a Supply Chain Officer, you'll be at the heart of our dynamic supply chain operations. You'll manage the supply of both medical and non-medical consumables across all UCLH sites, handling ordering, receiving, checking, distribution, and store room/product management.
Your day-to-day tasks will involve problem-solving and investigating discrepancies, while keeping communication with suppliers and stakeholders running smoothly.
Physical activities include walking, standing, pulling, pushing, bending, stretching, lifting, carrying, unpacking, and packing.
