Job summary

DHL is seeking a commercially minded Supply Chain professional to own a critical function within a national operation, with London-based duties and travel across the UK. You will lead day-to-day supply chain activities to ensure inventory, ordering and replenishment support optimal performance across the network.

You will act as the primary liaison with external suppliers, drive improvements, and use data to guide decisions.

• Are confident managing supplier relationships and holding partners accountable for performance and service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary relationship manager for external suppliers, driving service excellence, performance improvements and effective issue resolution.
• Monitor inventory levels, product availability and supply chain performance, using data and insight to support operational decision-making.
• Build strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment on priorities, risks and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Take ownership of supply chain escalations, coordinating corrective actions and service recovery plans to minimise operational disruption.
• Travel across the UK network to support sites, engage with stakeholders and ensure supply chain processes are delivering consistent results.

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
