Pets at Home is seeking a Supply Chain Manager with hands-on RELEX forecasting & replenishment expertise. You will optimise planning, improve product availability and drive informed decision-making across the business.

Qualifications

• Experience with RELEX or similar forecasting systems.
• Solid understanding of supply chain, inventory and replenishment dynamics.
• Proven ability to solve complex problems and deliver scalable improvements.
• Experience leading or developing others, with a collaborative leadership style.
• Confident communicator who can simplify complex topics and influence at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimise RELEX forecasting & replenishment platform configurations and ordering logic.
• Monitor performance and manage risks to availability, stock and service.
• Diagnose root causes and design scalable, sustainable improvements for planning.
• Coach stakeholders and translate technical concepts into practical guidance.
• Lead and develop a small high-performing team and foster continuous improvement culture.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Commercial, IT and external partners.
