Job summary

Pertemps Bond is seeking a proactive Supply Chain Administrator to support a busy logistics operation in Speke. The role focuses on data handling, coordinating deliveries, and liaising with warehousing and transport teams.

You will update systems, monitor inbound deliveries, manage transport bookings, and produce reports. Strong IT skills (Excel, Word, Outlook) and knowledge of SAP or similar systems are essential for accuracy and timely administration.

Qualifications

• Strong administration and IT skills with data handling experience.
• Experience in supply chain, logistics, transport or warehouse admin.
• Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Experience producing reports and analyzing data.

Responsibilities

• Update supply chain systems with delivery information and changes.
• Monitor inbound deliveries and maintain accurate records.
• Manage transport bookings and delivery schedules.
• Investigate and resolve delivery or service issues.
• Track vehicle movements and service performance.
• Produce reports and analyse operational data.
• Liaise with transport providers and warehouse teams.
• Ensure all administration is completed accurately and on time.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Good analytical and numerical ability.
