Job summary

Bennett And Game Recruitment is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator for a well-established manufacturing business in Chichester, West Sussex. You will manage supplier relationships, maintain an accurate order book, and ensure timely delivery to support production.

Reporting to the Head of Planning & Procurement, you will monitor the order book for risks, update Dynamics 365, and liaise with internal teams on delays and quotations. A proactive, detail-oriented candidate will thrive here.

Qualifications

• Experience with ERP or similar systems is desirable.
• Previous exposure to purchasing, supply chain, or a manufacturing environment is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills with suppliers and colleagues.
• Good attention to detail and a methodical approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with allocated suppliers and maintain accurate order information.
• Chase suppliers for order acknowledgements and confirm delivery dates.
• Keep Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central updated with accurate delivery information.
• Proactively monitor the order book and identify potential supply risks.
• Resolve supplier and internal issues, escalating where required.
• Communicate order delays clearly to relevant internal teams.
• Handle quotation requests for new orders within allocated supplier categories.
• Relay quality control concerns to suppliers where required.
