Job summary

Bennett and Game Recruitment is seeking a Demand Planner in Chichester, hybrid role with one day WFH. You will translate customer demand into production schedules and maintain ERP data to optimise stock levels.

The role involves managing BOMs and routings in Dynamics 365 BC, raising orders, and coordinating with Production, Procurement and Quality teams. Temp-to-perm, with £37,000 salary and flexible start times.

Qualifications

• Experience in Demand Planning, Production Planning or Materials Planning.
• Strong IT skills, including Excel and MS Office.
• Excellent organisational skills with multiple priorities and deadlines.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Confident communicator with cross-functional collaboration.
• ERP/MRP experience is advantageous.
• Manufacturing/FMCG or contract manufacturing experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain item codes, BOMs, and routings in Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Process customer orders and generate Sales Orders and Production Orders.
• Raise Purchase Orders for materials.
• Manage component stock to support production and minimise shortages.
• Track orders and resolve planning or supply issues.
• Provide updates on order progress, risks and lead times to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Production, Procurement and Quality to ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain ERP data for production planning and inventory management.
