Job summary

Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD is recruiting a Supply Chain Coordinator for a well-established manufacturing business in Chichester. Location is on site, with a focus on maintaining supplier relationships and an accurate order book to ensure on-time production.

You will use Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, manage orders, chase acknowledgements, and monitor potential supply risks while coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Experience using ERP/Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar ERP systems is desirable.
• Experience in purchasing, supply chain or manufacturing environments is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills with suppliers and colleagues.
• Good attention to detail and methodical approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with allocated suppliers and maintain accurate order information.
• Chase suppliers for order acknowledgements and confirm delivery dates.
• Keep Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central updated with delivery information.
• Proactively monitor the order book and identify potential supply risks.
• Resolve supplier and internal issues, escalating where required.
• Communicate order delays clearly to internal teams.
