Job summary

Tsurumi Pumps UK is seeking a Supply Chain Co-Ordinator to support the efficient day-to-day running of our supply chain. The role covers purchasing, stock management, supplier communication, goods-in, returns and supply chain administration.

You will work closely with suppliers, Sales, Warehouse, Finance and other departments to ensure smooth flow of goods and information throughout the business.

Location: Maidstone Office. Salary: £32k-£35k depending on experience, plus performance-based bonus.

Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain administration or equivalent.
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks across departments.
• Strong communication with suppliers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage supplier queries about orders, availability, lead times and dispatch dates.
• Raise and coordinate purchase orders for stock and non-stock items.
• Monitor outstanding orders and update suppliers on confirmations and revised lead times.
• Review sales history, stock levels and reorder requirements to support purchasing decisions.
• Coordinate goods-in and ensure accurate receipt and allocation.
• Investigate stock discrepancies and 해결 stock shortages or damaged goods.
• Maintain product, supplier and stock information in internal systems.
• Coordinate customer returns and credits with Sales and Finance.
• Support supplier performance monitoring and stock planning.
• Identify opportunities to improve supply chain processes and ways of working.
• Collaborate with Sales, Warehouse and Finance to keep stock information accurate.
