Job summary

JTAPE Ltd is seeking an organised Supply Chain Co-Ordinator to support day-to-day procurement and supply chain operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Manchester. You will translate requirements into purchase orders, monitor stock, and keep supplier information accurate to support cost, service and working capital targets.

Reporting to the Procurement & Supply Chain Manager, you will collaborate with Production Planning, Operations, Quality, Finance and Warehouse, driving

Qualifications

• Previous experience in purchasing, procurement, supply chain, material control or inventory administration.
• Practical experience of international imports, shipping procedures and documentation.
• Experience in fast-paced manufacturing environments is advantageous.
• Excellent data accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Raise and process purchase orders for raw materials and consumables.
• Monitor open orders and expedite deliveries to maintain production continuity.
• Monitor stock levels and support ERP/MRP master data.
• Coordinate inbound logistics and international shipments.
• Investigate PO, goods receipt, and invoice discrepancies with relevant teams.
• Support supplier onboarding and cost-saving initiatives.
