Job summary

Tateossian in London is seeking a Supply Chain and Stock Administrator to support inventory across multiple warehouses and liaise with suppliers.

You will raise purchase orders from sales data, maintain stock reports, and ensure timely deliveries while upholding purchasing policies. The role requires strong Excel skills, analytical mindset, and clear communication with internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• Experience in purchasing or supply chain roles (min 2 years).
• Degree or equivalent with focus on data management or purchasing.
• Experience handling a large range of SKUs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory levels across warehouses and assist Supply Chain Planner and Analyst.
• Ensure timely delivery of products to warehouses.
• Raise purchase orders based on sales data and stock reports (Encore).
• Keep stock reports accurate and up to date.
• Liaise with suppliers, negotiate prices, deliveries and contracts.
• Manage stockroom and archives; ensure compliance and testing requirements.

### Supply Chain and Stock Administrator#### Tateossian#### London SW6Tateossian, the global luxury men’s jewellery brand has a unique opportunity to join their Head Office team as Supply Chain and Stock Administrator.You will be highly numerate, with excellent attention to details and a strong communicator across departments and with external stakeholders.**Responsibilities and Duties*** Assist and work alongside the Supply Chain Planner and Analyst to maintain the supply inventory levels for all Tateossian products and packaging* Ensure the timely delivery of products to all warehouses* Raise purchase orders based on sales data and stock reports (Encore)* Ensure all stock reports are accurate* Ensure competitive prices are always being obtain and if necessary source new suppliers* Ensure purchase orders adhere deadlines* Liaise with Sales department and all warehouses on any issues related to deliveries* Maintain adequate stock levels in different warehouses* Liaise with suppliers, negotiate prices, deliveries and contracts* Manage supplier relationships and factories compliance* Manage the stockroom and archives* Ensure purchasing policies and procedures are implemented* Arrange REACH compliance testing and all other client requirements**Essential Skills and Experience*** At least 2 years’ experience in a purchasing or supply chain junior role and stock control* Degree educated or similar with a focus on data management or purchasing* Experience in dealing with a large range of SKUS* Excellent knowledge of Excel to Advanced standard* Cost conscious and highlighting areas for savings* Fast and accurate data input processing* Strong communicator with mother tongue standard English* Adaptable to work within a fast paced and deadline driven environment* Confident decision maker* Analytical and forward thinking with good reasoning skills**What We Offer*** Excellent training and career development in a varied role* Half day holiday gift for your birthday* Jewellery Allowance* Sage Benefits App – GP on Demand, Discounts and many more* Beautiful working environment in designer offices on the river Thames and gardens* Family business and creative environment**Reports to**Design Project Manager.**To Apply**Please send us your CV and covering letter by using the application form below.
