Job summary

Tateossian London is hiring a Full-time Retail Sales Assistant for the Conduit Street Boutique in London. You will provide exceptional customer service, help customers find the perfect product, and keep the store pristine.

This on-site role requires a background in luxury jewelry, gemmology, or leather goods. You will meet sales targets, support client relationships, and act as a brand ambassador while collaborating with Head Office.

Qualifications

• Background in luxury jewelry, gemmology, or leather goods is required.
• Excellent customer service with fluent English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in luxury retail is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service to increase return business.
• Meet daily and monthly sales targets.

We are looking for a Full‑time Retail Sales Assistant to join our team at Conduit Street Boutique in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, helping customers find the perfect product, and ensuring the store is kept clean and tidy. This is an on‑site role and the successful candidate will be expected to work in the store. A background in luxury jewelry, gemmology, or leather goods is a must for your application.

Responsibilities

• Delivering an outstanding, individual customer service experience that increases return business
• Meeting daily and monthly sales targets
• Working as part of different teams and moving between stores in London if required
• Developing and maintaining client relationships and database
• Demonstrating ‘expert knowledge about the Tateossian product
• Acting as a brand ambassador and maintaining and/or establishing new relationships
• Communicating with all departments at Head Office in an effective manner
• Merchandising store displays and providing feedback to the Design Team
• Maintaining stock and store appearance to maximise sales
• Acting as a role model and continuously developing your knowledge
