Job summary

Allica Bank is seeking a Product Analyst to help shape and deliver the Business Rewards Account and its card and payment features, in collaboration with the Senior Product Owner and the Payments Tribe.

You’ll turn data, customer feedback and business requirements into clear insight and well-defined user stories, so squads build the right things and build them well. This role offers exposure to AI tools and a fast‑growth banking environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience as Business Analyst or Product Analyst on digital payments products.
• Knowledge of UK payment schemes (Faster Payments, Bacs, CHAPS) and card payments is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with data.
• Clear written and verbal communication; able to explain complex ideas simply.
• Organised and proactive in fast-moving environments.
• Exposure to Agile ways of working and tooling.

Responsibilities

• Shape and deliver features for the business current account and payments components.
• Turn data, feedback and requirements into clear user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Maintain a sharp, prioritised backlog aligned to roadmaps and OKRs.
• Track product performance (balances, usage, customer behaviour) and surface insights.
• Collaborate with engineers and designers to clarify requirements and tests.
• Manage relationships with vendors to keep delivery focused and on track.
• Document product decisions and risk logs, and keep them up to date.
