Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle in Norwich is seeking an attentive Supplier Engagement Administrator to join our Finance Operations team. You will act as a key link between JLL, clients, and supply partners, delivering dedicated customer service and ensuring smooth partnerships.

You will handle supplier data, assist with transitions and projects, and participate in internal client meetings while upholding risk and compliance standards. A proactive, detail‑oriented approach is essential.

As part of our small, friendly UK Supplier Engagement Team, you will be operating within the interesting department of Finance Operations. This is not your standard finance role - it is a unique opportunity to be a key player between JLL, our global clients, and their Supply Partners. We support JLL’s Property and Asset Management Teams through advisory, projects and problem-solving services. Your primary focus will be ensuring smooth partnerships between JLL, our clients, and their Supply Partners through dedicated customer service. There’s more! Your Responsibilities (not exhaustive):
