We are currently seeking an exceptional relationship manager to join us as Supplier Account Manager (Derby).
As Supplier Account Manager, you will manage the relationships of our suppliers, working with them to provide first-class service, ensuring the needs of our customers are understood and managed within our organisation. Key to the role is driving On time Delivery in Full (OTIF), with Quality and Safety at the forefront of all deliverables to support the customer needs.
The role is focused on Supplier Performance through Continuous Improvement, Capacity Planning and Rate Readiness to adapt and react to the Customers needs from the monthly order cycle. Working with all levels within the business both internally and externally to ensure you are achieving fantastic results.

You will be exceptional at relationship management, and managing supplier expectations will be at the heart of everything you do. You will be able to bring with you a fantastic track record of problem solving and overcoming roadblocks. A strong working knowledge of MRP/ERP systems is a must for this role.
We are interested in people from all backgrounds and experiences of working in a Supply Chain management position where excellence is at the heart of what you do. We are especially interested in hearing from those candidates who have worked in the Aerospace, Manufacturing or Production sectors.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is essential, alongside experience using Copilot or other AI tools to enhance productivity.
Travel is expected so you must be able to drive and commit to visiting the supply chain that you will be aligned to. Occasional travel to visit suppliers in Europe will also be expected 2-3 times a year.
