Job summary

Incora is seeking an exceptional Supplier Account Manager (Derby) to lead supplier relationships and ensure on-time, in-full delivery while prioritising quality and safety. You will drive supplier performance through CI, capacity planning and rate readiness, with collaboration across internal and external stakeholders.

Ideal candidates will have a strong track record in relationship management, problem solving and experience with MRP/ERP systems, plus proficiency in MS Office and AI tools.

Qualifications

Exceptional relationship management experience.
Proven problem-solving track record.
Strong working knowledge of MRP/ERP systems.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint).
Experience using Copilot or AI tools to boost productivity.
Willingness to travel 2–3 times a year.

Responsibilities

Manage supplier relationships to deliver first-class service and OTIF goals.
Collaborate with internal teams to understand and meet customer needs.
Drive supplier performance through continuous improvement and capacity planning.
Monitor and report on supplier performance and risk.
