Job summary

The National in Belfast is seeking an experienced supervisor to join one of the city’s busiest bars and nightclubs. You will lead the front-of-house team, ensure smooth service during peak hours, and drive excellent customer experiences with a hands-on management style.

We require at least 1 year of supervisory experience in a busy venue, strong leadership, and a customer-focused approach. The role offers £14.30 per hour plus discretionary bonus and a vibrant workplace.

The successful candidate will have demonstrated previous supervisory experience (preferably at least 2 years) in a similar busy City Centre Bar/Restaurant environment, be able to lead and motivate a team, are customer focused and target driven. They will have experience supervising both bar and waiting staff and be able to implement initiatives to increase revenue. Ideally the successful candidate will also have a working knowledge of food and drink stocktakes.
