Job summary

Ollie’s nightclub in Belfast is seeking a dedicated supervisor to lead a team in a fast-paced hospitality environment. You will oversee shifts, ensure superb guest service and maintain smooth daily operations.

The role requires coordinating up to 20 staff, handling cash, scheduling, payroll and stock control, with late Friday and Saturday shifts until 3am. An opportunity to progress within the award-winning Merchant Hotel group awaits.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising hospitality staff.
• Ability to manage cash handling and payroll processes.
• Skilled at creating and maintaining staff schedules.
• Knowledge of stock control and inventory procedures.

Essential Criteria:

• Skilled in overseeing and coordinating a team of up to 20 staff members.
• Proficient in cash handling, scheduling, payroll management, and stock control processes.
• Flexible to work shifts extending until 3am on Fridays and Saturdays.

Desirable Criteria:

• A minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar supervisory role is desirable.
