Job summary

The Mitre Hotel and The Black Lion Hotel in Salford are seeking a Bar Supervisor to join our busy city centre pubs and hotel operation. You’ll lead a small team, ensure smooth daily service and provide excellent guest experiences across breakfast to late-night shifts.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year’s experience in a similar bar supervisory role.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and motivated Bar Supervisor to join our team across 2 of our city centre hotel pubs!

This is a great opportunity for someone with previous supervisory experience who enjoys working in a busy hospitality environment and wants to develop their management skills.

What we’re looking for:

At least 1 year’s experience in a similar bar supervisory role.

Experience assisting with the day-to-day running of a bar and supporting a small team.

Confidence with cashing up, cash handling and end-of-shift procedures.

The ability to lead by example, deliver great customer service and keep standards high.

A proactive attitude, good communication skills and a hands-on approach.
