Job summary

Specsavers Strand is seeking a Supervisor to lead by example, delivering exceptional customer service and keeping the store and team running smoothly. You will have opportunities to grow your skills and support others in the community's hear and eye care journey.

This is a full-time role (40 hours per week, including weekends) designed for someone who wants to progress their leadership career in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Previous optical experience is essential.
• Confident communicator who builds relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Flexible and adaptable in a busy environment.
• Leads by example with strong leadership potential.

• Lead store operations and ensure smooth daily running.
