Specsavers Streatham is seeking an In-Store Trainer to support the store team, developing colleagues and delivering great customer service in a fast-paced optical environment.

You will bring experience as an Optical Advisor or Dispensing Assistant, with knowledge of optical and audiology terminology, helping maintain high standards and a welcoming store culture for customers and staff.

Competenze

• Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
• Experience in optics or Audiology business.
• Basic knowledge/experience of optical and/or Audiology terminology.

In-Store Trainer - Streatham

So, you’re a proactive people person ready to be the friendly face our stores need? Sounds like you’d be a great fit here. So, if you’ve had previous optical experience as an Optical Advisor or Dispensing Assistant, this Optical Assistant role could be perfect for you.

As an Optical Assistant, you’ll use your passion for the Specsavers brand, products and services alongside your incredible customer service skills, to create an outstanding store environment for both our customers and our team.
