Job summary

Specsavers in Windsor is seeking a Supervisor to lead our team and deliver outstanding customer service while ensuring the store runs smoothly. You will drive daily operations, develop colleagues, and promote a customer-first mindset in a fast-paced retail setting.

You’ll be a positive presence on the shop floor, manage shifts, and support colleagues to grow their skills in a collaborative, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Previous optical/retail experience is essential.
• A confident and effective communicator with customers and colleagues.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Well organised and capable of leading a team in a busy environment.
