Job summary

Whistles, a London-based style destination, is seeking a Supervisor for Cheshire Oaks to help create a welcoming, high-quality shopping experience. You will support the management team in driving commercial results and ensuring smooth shop-floor operations.

Ideal candidates will have strong customer-facing communication skills, pride in their work, and the ability to connect with customers to assemble complete outfits. Experience in retail is preferred.

• Able to build relationships with customers and understand their needs.
• Experience in a customer-facing environment is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Greet, assist, and lead by example on the shop floor, connecting with customers and delivering great service.

• Support our Style Advisors by sharing knowledge and helping them grow.

Collaborative and adaptable, you will support the day-to-day running of the store, helping the management team drive strong commercial results and smooth shop‑floor operations.

What you’ll do:

• Use your experience to support our Style Advisors as they grow their own knowledge and experience.
