Job summary

Hobbs London, a luxury womenswear brand, part of TFG London, seeks a Supervisors to lead day-to-day store operations in Manchester. You’ll champion exceptional customer service, drive strong commercial results, and support the management team on shop-floor performance.

You’ll greet customers, model styling, assist with stock and transactions, and mentor Style Advisors to grow their knowledge. The role offers a dynamic retail environment and opportunities to advance within the Hobbs/TFG network.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to assist with stock and transactions accurately.

Collaborative and adaptable, you'll champion the day-to-day running of the store, helping the management team drive strong commercial results and smooth shop-floor operations.

What you'll do:

• Greet, assist, and lead by example on the shop floor, connecting with customers, sharing your passion for style and delivering great service
• Maintain a commercial approach to the role and operations, handling transactions accurately and assisting with stock control processes.
• Use your experience to support our Style Advisors as they grow their own knowledge and experience
• Assist in all tasks to ensure the smooth of the store

Who you'll be:

• Engaging with excellent communication skills and flourish in a customer-facing environment.
• Focused and take pride in the work you do with our customers.
• Able to demonstrate your ability to build relationships with customers, recognise their needs and provide the complete outfit they are looking for.
• Ideally experienced in a customer facing environment.
