Job summary

Savers in Clydebank is seeking a Supervisor to join the team on a part-time basis. You will help coach the team, work alongside the Store and Assistant Manager, and contribute to delivering strong store results while staying connected with the local community.

The role offers flexible shifts across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends, with 16 hours per week and opportunities for more hours. Salary is £13.50–£13.65 per hour.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience.
• Ability to coach and develop others.
• Passion for the products Savers sells.

Responsibilities

• Support store and Assistant Manager to coach the team and drive results.
• Engage with the local community and act as a visible Savers ambassador.
• Be ready to roll up your sleeves and get involved in daily operations.
