Job summary

Savers in Enniskillen is looking for a Supervisor to join the team. No two days are the same as you work with the Store and Assistant Manager to coach your team and maximise opportunities while wearing the Savers uniform.

You’ll be known in the local community and inspire others, with flexible shifts across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends. Salary is £13.50 per hour for up to 16 hours per week, with potential for more hours.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience.
• Desire to develop own skills to enhance others.
• Passionate about the products we sell.

Responsibilities

• Support Store and Assistant Manager to coach and develop the team.
• Deliver exemplary results and maximise opportunities.
• Engage with the local community and represent Savers in-store.
