Job summary

Savers is looking for a Supervisor in Prestwick to join our store team. The role is part-time with 16 hours per week and flexible shifts across mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends. You will work with the Store and Assistant Manager to coach colleagues and deliver excellent customer service in a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience.
• Ability to develop skills in others.
• Passion for products and customer service.

• Lead and coach shop team to deliver strong results.
• Support Store/Assistant Manager in daily operations.
• Engage with local community to promote Savers.
• Ensure high standards of service and presentation.
