Job summary

Ruby, a vibrant hospitality group in Notting Hill, seeks a shift supervisor to lead service across bars, dining, and front office. You’ll ensure quality, hygiene and guest satisfaction with a focus on detail and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Actively work in service and take the lead as shift supervisor to ensure smooth operations behind the bar, in service, or at the front office
• Ensure service, quality and hygiene standards are met with attention to detail
• Take charge of training, coaching, and onboarding new team members
• Coordinate communication and ensure information flows smoothly within the team
• Handle guest feedback seriously and provide quick, efficient resolutions

• speaking fluently English
