Job summary

Ruby Group in Notting Hill seeks a dynamic hospitality professional to lead service operations as shift supervisor. You’ll oversee front-of-house and bar service, ensure guest satisfaction, and coach teammates with energy and warmth.

Ideal candidates bring proven hospitality experience, love working with international guests, and a smile that lights up the room. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, people-focused culture that rewards initiative and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Fluent English is required.
• Experience supervising shifts in a hospitality setting.
• Strong customer service mindset and guest-first attitude.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous hospitality experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as shift supervisor and take lead to ensure smooth service across bar, dining, and front desk.
• Maintain service, quality, and hygiene standards with attention to detail.
• Lead training, coaching, and onboarding of new team members.
• Manage internal communications to ensure information flows smoothly within the team.
• Respond to guest feedback promptly and resolve issues efficiently.
• Share insider tips for city hotspots to enhance guest experience.
