Job summary

Moto Hospitality is seeking a Supervisor at Chieveley Services, M4, Hermitage, Thatcham RG18 9XX. The role pays £28,850 per annum for 40 hours/week, with development opportunities and strong brand ambassador responsibilities.

As part of the team, you’ll lead shifts, reinforce safety standards, and deliver excellent customer experiences for Greggs and related brands at this busy rest stop.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or supervising teams, ideally within retail, hospitality, catering, or customer service.
• Passion for delivering a memorable customer experience.
• Great communication skills and comfortable making decisions.
• Ability to work on own initiative and make reasoned decisions under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with confidence, ensuring smooth operations during busy trading periods.

As a Supervisor, you'll be the strong right hand to your Store Manager, taking the lead when needed and helping to keep the unit running smoothly and successfully every day.

The role is simple, to be an enthusiastic leader and brand ambassador to work within the nation’s favourite bakery, serving up Greggs much loved sausage rolls, baked goods and refreshments whilst whilst delivering exceptional service as we transform the UK’s rest stop experience.
